It is ideal for the final polishing stage on sensitive or dark paint surfaces where maximum depth of gloss and hologram-free results are essential. With its low height of just 25 mm, it allows for extremely precise machine control while significantly reducing unwanted torsional movements. The fine-pored yet dimensionally stable foam ensures consistent, controlled performance – even during extended polishing sessions. Its open-cell foam structure enhances heat dissipation and actively contributes to a flawless, swirl-free finish. The specially shaped edge increases flexibility, making it easier to follow curves, edges, and hard-to-reach areas.
A color-coded backing layer supports clear identification and fast product assignment – especially useful in systematic multi-step polishing processes.
