The medium-hard polishing pad is perfectly matched for use with Kochmaier Fine Cut Cut & Gloss (Step 2).
It is specially designed to eliminate moderate paint imperfections such as fine scratches, oxidation marks, and haze within the fine-cut polishing process. The reduced pad height of 25 mm minimizes torsional forces, improves machine control, and ensures maximum stability during use. The specially formulated foam remains dimensionally stable even during intensive use and delivers consistent polishing performance across the entire surface. Its open-cell structure enhances both cutting performance and heat dissipation while also supporting hygienic cleaning.
The precisely milled edge allows the pad to flexibly adapt to vehicle contours – ideal for complex surfaces.
The color-matched backing helps ensure correct polish assignment and increases process reliability in professional detailing environments.
